An addition is a structural change to your house, so design and construction have to agree from the first sketch. Because B.A. Perazim is both a licensed builder and an architect, the drawings, the structural plan and the build come from the same team.
We have taken one-story houses to two stories, added rear additions and dormers to Capes and colonials, and built new gables and porticos onto split-levels.
